BioVigilant has offices in Tucson, AZ, San Diego, CA, Austin, TX and Boston, MA. Mr. Manzer is President and CEO of BioVigilant.
• Breault Research Organization (BRO) - BRO is an optical software firm approaching $7 million in revenue, specializing in optical design and analysis of complex optical systems. BRO is a Tucson based company. Mr. Manzer is a Board Member for Breault Research Organization.
